Worst Service Ever!

I have a Cell C contract that I recently renewed. Cell C goes out as being this innovative customer orientated service provider, yet I have the poorest internet ever - even though my cellphone indicates an H+ the internet simply does not work. And why don't they have LTE? Sometimes I have to turn it on and off a couple of times which only enables me to get the slowest internet connection I have ever experienced. Pages take forever to load... Furthermore people struggle to reach me on my phone saying that it sometimes does not even ring. SMSs mostly only goes through hours or even days later, the same with receiving SMSs. I have contacted Cell C numerous times about this issue with no resolve. Now I am stuck in this useless contract for the next 18 months. RIDICULOUS! Anyone thinking of moving to this network should immediately remove that thought from their minds!
