worst service ever

it has been a struggle for me receiving the cellphone from day one, the consultant called Precious P**** who was the sales person from the first day, she promised me lies saying the phone will arrive after 3 days after our communication, a week later i had to call in again asking for the phone and i was advised that precious captured the incorrect deal so i will have to wait again for another 4 working days, well i waited ad kept calling for feedback and then at the end i received the phone. Thanks to Thabo Thabana he deserves to be a manager there

Today, i am writting this review because of another bad service i have received from cell c, i have lost the phone and i logged the claim with my insurance company and they are requesting me to give them the written contract that i have with cell c and i didn't receive any, so i call in to request the copy of the contract spoke to a lot of people Yolanda from legal, France and Dineo Moloi and they also didn't assist me rather than transferring me from pillar to post. Fidelity Dube requested Noluthando to call me well she did and still i do not have the contract with me.... I am so damn annoyed with cell c and i would never do any mistake to take a contract with them and because of this i am going to cancel the contract with immediate effect.
