Worst service ever

Cell c is possibly the worst network in SA. I have been with them for 2 consuctive 24 month contracts and despite the ******* signal in Port Elizabeth, I still stayed with them. Now that my second contract is ending, I have suddenly received the absolute worst service. I have worked in a call centre and I always hates people that complained on public platform. But I am at my wits end and I honestly dont know what to do. I have phones numerous times and customer care keeps insisting on getting the same useless agent that made the stuff up in the first place phone me. He doesnt know what he is doing, why on earth would he be the right guy to fix the problem. I want a manager to call me. I cannot deal with the call centre again. I was so nice to them and i guess thats why they dont care enough.
