Worst service ever

Called c cell’s customer service to find out how to do a sim swop . Was Told to go to any cell c store but a SIM card without RICAing it. When I got to the Eastgate cell c store I was assisted by Mpho who was very uninterested in helping me. She informed that the cell c call center staff was “stupid “ and that she runs a franchise and wouldn’t take the loss. It’s annoying that I have been sent back and forth between the two. It’s **** service from c cell and their franchisees.
