Worst service ever

I have been with cellc for the past 7 years now and this is the first time ive got this *** service.<br> <br> I called into the callcentre with regards to a data bundle that i have tried to put onto my phone. I have never had any problem with it before. The agent whos name is letu had an attidude and made as if im stupid and dont know what the hell im talking about.. he then argued with me about data and then i told him... im not saying that you guys have to sms out about everything but i spoke to an agent previously about the data issue and she did not make me aware of the process takes a while to go through.. and the this letu dude says you need to speak to my manager the next thing i know he drops the call and it goes through to the ratings.<br> <br> If this is the service your agents give towards a customer then i'd suggest you get people that knows how to treat customers.. i'm in the customer service industry and i know what the criteria and things are.
