Worst Service ever!!!

If there were zero stars I would give it to CELL C...........I have never been more unimpressed by service than with Cell C, they do not know how to handle queries at all. In May 17 I cancelled one of my contracts, in July I was still billed for this contract, I called in to query on 25 July, I was told they will credit me, come end Aug I have still not been credited and I was still billed. NOW let me tell you about Cell C, every week I called to query, I was pushed around left right and centre, no one got back to me and each time i called i got a different response, NOW i am being told the number i gave them has never been rica'd and I have an 084 number that was on my name but it was never a contract & hasnt been used in years, lol knowing that I cancelled a contract with them how on earth did they get this right, bare in mind the contract in question's number is on all my statements( my contract that I cancelled) I have never dealt with more *********** staff in my life, no one knows what to do, I even dealt with the so called supervisor at retentions ROSE, who has not been any help, now she cant even remember dealing with me, mind you there are no notes and the 100 cases that have been created for this have all mysteriously disappeared. CELL C I want my money, I am no longer waiting for a credit, I want my money refunded to my account
