Worst Service ever

I had my to fight for them to pay my retrenchment claim and I just found out then didn't settle every thing cell c debited me R750 only to find out the insurance didn't pay the full amount, then apparently they were suppose to cancel the insurance which they didn't I notice they debit me R175 to my surprise they didn't notify me of price increase now I claim they telling me access is 1700 it's as good qs buying a new phone this is day light ******* i was never notified of increases in my contract nor did i sign up for that im sorry this is just too sad i can't believe cell c can do such a thing please do something I won't be able to pay that 1700 i know my access to be R650 i didn't sign up for anything else.
