worst service ever

I took my phone in for repairs over 2 months ago and never got it back..I went to the branch to collect it but somehow it never got back from repairs according to the brach.According to the repair centre it was sent to the brach almost 2 months ago...I went to the branch numerous times but to no avail...they don't say how they're going to sort the situation out,they just say they'll give me a call but they don't,this will be the 2nd month that I'm going to pay for phone I can't use coz I don't have it and I work in an enviroment where I need to have a fone,I do have a fone but I don't have it..today 18/03/2015 again I went to go find out where my fone is but no real decent answer,its like before...they say they're gonna call me with feedback but I'm still waiting..this nonsense has to stop..its like they're trying to make a fool out of me..the first when they couldn't find my phone or dindt know what happened to it they shouldve sorted this out instead they let it drag out which is not right,I'm a paying customer
