Worst service ever!!!

<p>I switched from Vodacom to Cell C as I heard the rates are better and they have the Whatsapp bundle. It's been a nightmare!!! I can't use my phone now as it keeps saying no service and have made numerous calls to Cell C only to get transfered from one dep to the next without resolving the issue. One consultant was giggling and chatting to someone else while I was very frustrated after an hour and still no service. I was now told that my number can only be ported back to vodacom in 60 days and he suggests that I get a new phone as he thinks that my phone is the problem. This company is a joke....</p>
