WORST SERVICE EVER!

<p>I app**** for Pinaccle contracts that was on promotion until end of January. I spoke to Simoné for assistance with my application for the company I work for. Everytime I wanted to know what the status is on my application I had to phone HER. Everytime I phoned in she had a long story about why she doesn't have any feedback for me, she also gave me the incorrect application form the first time and only gave me the correct ones on the 01/03/17, she gave me the incorrect order form and only told me after my application was handed in with her that she needed my order on a company letter head. After that she lost one of my documents and I had to send it to her again, eventually after phoning her constantly she started getting irretated with me and raising her voice. Eventually I was tired of my application taking so long and bearing in mind the contracts I have app**** for has now expired I contacted Cell C Business Division and spoke to Nicolene. Nicolene was supposed to have the case investigated and get back to me but AGAIN I had to phone in and everytime I phone in each call lasts nearly 45mins with me holding on for 90% of the time and still no answers. The manager, Danienne, from the Malelane Cell C shop eventually contacted me to let me know that she will now take over my application and she was very helpful however she could not give me my contracts I originally app**** for. I have now gone back and forth trying to settle this issue and no one can help me. I am furious and don't think Cell C cares one bit about their customers. They are the worst service provider and I would not recommend them at all, especially not for Corporate.</p>
