Worst service ever

<p>I've handed in a device 8 weeks ago for repairs. This was after I waited 10 weeks for the first device to be returned. I was promised by Lai at the Pinecrest store that he will keep me updated on the tracking of the device. Only to find out now that they cannot track the IMEI number we've provided the box with IMEI number on. the worst part is that you will send e-mails and phone call numerous times and all that Cell C will do is to ignore it. But they are extremely quick to take your money every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>CELL C Service sucks. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. </p>
