WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
<p>Cancelled my debit order OVER 2 years ago and have stopped it at the bank aswell BUT CELL C continue to take money from my account. They change the amount every month in order to push the debit order through my account.</p> <p>I contacted CEL C OVER 2 years ago to cancel this, went into a branch and everytime they call me, i tell them that i have cancelled the debit order and DONT have the phone with me at all any more and yet my account is still being debited from CEL C...... SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE - THIS IS THEFT!!!!!</p>

PATHETIC SERVICE from Cell C. They post above that they have contacted me regarding my complaint but NOTHING has been resloved and NOTHING seems to be happening regarding my complaint, as i received 2(TWO) sms messages this morning to say that my account has been handed over and that I must sign a debit order in order to pay them back.
THIS IS SHOCKING!!!!!! As i said in my complaint, I CANCELLED my contract and my DEBIT ORDER OVER 2 years ago..... What do CELL C NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS!!! Then when Cell C phone me, they have the nerve to ask me - WHY DID YOU CONTACT HELLOPETER...... I say... WHY NOT!!! YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC and you take money from my account and will not bother to investigate it on your side and are definately NOT into customer SERVICE..... AT ALL!!!! I will there was a MINUS star rating..... it would be -------10000. Lets see what Cell C have to say about their service now.
