Worst Service Ever
<p>Love to take out the new Cell C buy out contract deal. Place an order for the deal. The sales agent Heather Ntutu assists and tells me to mail her documents. I mail her the documents of current supplier and tell her I will mail my personal docs asap. I mail her the docs, nor response, 30 minutes later, i ask again, no response, hour later i ask, no response, i call in and heather shouts at me because i am making her look bad. She tells me i should hang up, she will phone me back, hang up and Heather does not phone me for 2 Hours. She says she did nit receive the docs, also after i mailed them 4 Times to her. Rudest person to do sales. Bad temper, bad service and lies. Hoping this won't be my experience when i swith over to cell c. Hoping somebody can assist me in di this contract buy out ASAP. </p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.

Just have to mention. I have never been denied for any contract in my life. Cell phone contracts, homes, cars etc etc. And never have a struggled to get credit vetting done for anything. But with this deal, then this paper, then this paper, then that is not good enough andd then they want more of this. How can it be so difficult to do credit vetting for a cell phone contract. This is absolutely the most ridiculous scenes i have ever had. Why the constant issues and struggles? How difficult can it be?

After being told this only takes 7-10 days. Already on 20 Days and still waiting for everything to be done. I am activated and working on Cell C, but still waiting for buy out money to be paid over. The month is almost reaching the end then I will have to pay Cell C and Vodacom as I have not received the finance to pay settlement with Vodacom. And nobody want to assist in finding out if the payment was made as yet. ????
