Worst service ever

I have had the worst experience with cell c ever i do not recommend them at all, they mess up my contract cancellation took them 3 months to cancel a contract after which they still charge me for the error, they take more money from my account then they had to and tell me my account is in arrears after an agent just told me i have credit, They refuse to fix the debit orders or the account and keep charging me for an cancelled contract. I can't reach cell c at all they refuse to email me back they dont call back and when i reach an agent the phone call gets disconnected. The customer service is total garbage
