Worst service evef

I had an contract with cell c witch fell in arrears, I sttled the account in full and phoned cell c to get a paid up letter, the lady saud to me that she can see that I paid the account and that the paid up letter will take 48 hours. A week went pass and I went to the cell c store and a salea consaltant told me that she was goinh to escalate the matter and that my accouny was handed over thats why the letter was taking so long, another week passed and I phoned cell c again, a lady tolde that she could see that my case was escalated and that my case was never handed over but have bewn with cell c all along, she gave me an email for me to email cell c aboit my matter, I did email them and it is now another 48 hours later and still no paid up letter
