Worst service eve

Do its been 2 months I'm without a cell phone because my phone has been broken and take to cell c and back to me for repairs 3 times.during all this time I'm without a phone and the phone keeps coming back with the same problem.when I write to cell c on Facebook to complain they ignore my texts when I call the customer care they said I must send it in for 3 times before they can replace.it's 3 times already and they say they are still accessing n trying to fix the phone.fixing the phone for the 4th time?when I try to can cell the contract they say they will penalise me.what am I to do?I'm without a phone and I'm not getting any help here
