Worst Service

I had a contract with Cell C for over 2 years. I fully paid for the contract for those 2 years without any skipped payment(debit Order) till the contract ended and my account was on a month to month.

I called Cell C and requested that they switch my account to prepaid and that's when things went down hill. The last payment was not debited from my account, I was NOT informed about this nor was I informed about the missed payment. Instead they just handed my account over to DEBT COLLECTORS, which is how I found out about the last missed payment.

All of this happened in 2021, I paid the debt collectors but till today(August 2023) CellC still shows as an active account on my credit report. I've requested for a payment letter from CellC so I can clear them off my credit report, but I'm still waiting for it in August 2023.

Getting a contract with them is the WORST decision you would make.
