!!!WORST SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE CELL C!!!!

In October i bought air time to load a bundle i struggled to get it activated and call the call center for assistance, i told the agent that i bought air time and i needed help activating the bundle, knowing that i bought the air time she should have known to use the air time i bought , instead she added it to my bill at the end of the month without confirming it with me, thinking it had been activated i went on the internet, now they saying i used my air time on the internet and will not refund me my money!!!!!! sealing MY money without confirming with me that they be adding it to my bill when i clearly stated that i bought air time for the bundle!!!!! WORST SERVICE!!!!!! i WILL be cancelling my Contract with CELL C!!! BE WARNED PEOPLE!!! *******!!!!! makes me sic****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
