Worst Service/Debit Order Complain
<p>Unhappy Client,On the 26/08/2016 Cell C deducted R333 via Debit order and i only pay R199 for my Top Contract,I Called them to log a complain i was assured that one of their consultant will call me back to resolve the query they provided me with Ref no: ********** 311 till to date no one bothered to call me back.my money is still gone.</p>

Thank you Hello Peter,Cell c phoned me 3 times today to resolve my Query a consultant by the Name of Theodora assisted me and she assured me that i now have a credit of R183.76 so September billing will play against the credited amount i will only pay the difference on my Statement. My advice to you Cell C in future please resolve our Queries on time to avoid this .Thank You
