Worst service

Worst service ever! Received approval for a new contract over a month ago. The consultant has disappeared into thin air and can’t get through on the branch phone number or the main cell c customer service. They first tried to deliver the phone to my work address of 6 years ago and now just nothing. Can’t even get them to confirm they received my cancellation after I got fed up.
