Worst service center

The worst service center ever, please whatever you do don't take cell c contract. For a r300 contract I am now paying 1600 n no one knows what the problem is. Today I spoke to Tracey that dznt want to get me a manager or team leader, she ended up putting me on mute n just sit. I don't know what to do they can't even cancel the contract coz i have heard it. My credit rating is a mess just because of cell c.she ended up putting the fone down n repeat what I said and laugh with her colleagues.all I want is this contract canceled and taken off my name
