Worst Service!!!!

I had 3 contracts with Cell C dating from 2020 May.

I then cancelled my contracts in 2022 May but I was told that I will be billed for another month (June 2022) because I did not give them a cancellation notice. This I accepted, But they just sent me another invoice for July 2022 with no explanation. I find this strange and nonsensical considering that I am no longer a cell C contract customer.

I overlooked all the appalling service during the 2 years of me being a contract customer ( both in store and call centre officials are just not helpful). Their service rating system at the end of calls is USELESS!!!

The one star rating is NOT even deserved.
