Worst Service by Cell C-our minutes, data are disappearing and the can not tell where they are going.

My 60min airtime, 2gigs and 500 SMS were used by an unknown person. Cell c does not have a system of investigating this issue. they say no ***** was committed. and yet it is not true. They want to accuse that children took my phone and I was not with them. I have called Cell c on several occasions. I did not get any help. I have asked to speak to their supervisor she did not help me.

Today, on the 23 Jan 2024. I have recharged using my bank with R20. I has disappeared.

The same thing happened to my partner. He is no longer using Cell service anymore.

And the worst thing is that they do not have a system investigation *****.
