Worst service by Cell C

Cell C has been by far the worst mobile network company I've had to deal with. I bought a tablet on contract in October 2024 and found out it wasn't compatible with the crucial program my daughter needed. The next day after purchase, I returned it and never activated their sim card. They told me they don't have a return policy except in cases where the device is not working. However they took the device. In what has become my worst nightmare with this company, I requested a cancelation which to date is dragging between their headquarters and the store. The headquarters blames the store for not submitting the cancelation documents to them. They keep submitting the debit order for the device that is in their possession.
