worst service by cell c

3 days ago i wrote to hello peter about an issue i have with cell c and the contact centre/branches. i was promised a call from them and until now nothing, i contacted the call centre yesterday morning and one of the agents told me she will email one of her colleague who is dealing with my query. she promised i will receive contact before the end of business day but still nothing. what is so hard in checking why my account is with legal. this is such bad service and i need this rectified with immediate effect. the person calling me better be calling to tell me its been rectified
