Worst service. Beyond bad. Selfish company

Cellc is very tereble. I have had agents that drop the call on me and when I tell the team leaders they say the will handle the matter untill now the still do it and nothing is being done. For the past 2 weeks I do not get sms cause they blocked them and now they blocked my me from sending. Cellc has the most pathetic service by far they do not care about their clients. They are useless. Today a team leader was supposed to called me. Their back office technician was supposed to call me in an hour that was 12.till now I am waiting. They are waiste. I will not take any contract with them. They useless. I am going to cancel the debit order cuase they don't care about agents that mistreat clients. I spoke to bangephi khoza now. Who refused me to speak to a manager. Said the is manager on floor. Same thing they said 2 hours ago. Useless
