WORST SERVICE!!

This is the second review I am writing about Cell C. The service is shocking and the call center agents are very unhelpful. A simple request for a paid up letter on a contract has taken 7 days, and when I followed up today the call center agent advised it would be escalated and I should allow another 2 working days. For a SIMPLE paid up letter!! This is shocking. And when I wanted to talk to a manager I was advised that there is nobody available to assist me. Can someone from Cell C please take ownership and contact me.
