Worst service

After almost a year I still have problems with Cell C after reporting about a ***** account opened in my name. According to Cell C ***** department they take 48 hours to respond to a ***** case, well its been months and still no answer after many calls, many emails, still nothing. Still money gets deducted from my account every month for an account I never opened. So bad service. Surely contacting the Ombudsman, this is rediculous 😡
