Worst service and unauthorized debit orders

my outstanding Cell C account was handed over without even informing me, Cell C was loading unauthorized debit orders on my account as well, the lady that's dealing with my account from the debt collectors side cannot provide me with an updated statement of the amount i am owing, i am going in circles and i want to settle and close this account but she doesnt even contact me, when requested. No updates? no emails? i have requested the amounts to be sent but no response, the lady from MBD keeps calling to harass me and disconnects the line when i request for an update on my account- she is absolutely rude and this is horrible, how do you expect people to settle accounts if they have to deal with such pathetic behavior, you debit my account with 900 something and then send me an account statement that is the original amount how am i being charger for failed debit orders if my account has been handed over?????????? also NO CALLS no communication only unauthorized debut orders and incorrect statements, its been months and NO help from your side to resolve this??? this is my 3rd review.
