Worst service and *********** staff

In May 2023 I received a call from Neo who advised that my sin card is due for an upgrade offered me different packages available we agreed I provided him with everything he needs and he advised that I would get a delivery in 7 days. From then to date I have never received anything. In June my bill came in I called because it was extremely high compared to what I normally pay. I was told I need to speak to the sales department because they can't see my upgrade and now they have removed the discount which they were giving me cos my contract expired. From sales I was told I need to speak to billing because they deal with billing. From June to date I have been taken from pillory to post right now my aim card are both suspended even the one that doesn't have an issue last Friday I spoke to pontso at customer server who promised that njabulo the team leader will call me even now no one has bother to call, out of the more the. 10 people I have spoken to no one have called me and I am told I am owing. What a shame the service I get with cell c when I have been their client for so long. Right now my aim cards are not working. Beat they cancel and I move on.
