Worst service and resistance from a cell c menlyn employee

Hi cell c sa Please investigate a very poor service given by a lady by the name Chantell Mtshweni and her other colleague which i didn't get her name at cell c menlyn regarding a booking in of a dysfunctional router

She did not want to help to book the router in and asked my lady to call cell c herself which she did ,then the person who was assisting online requested to speak to her(Chantell), she did speak with her however she (Chantell)hung up the phone during the call Still she did not book the router in because she mentioned they are a franchise and that my lady did not bring the charger Then my lady called cell c again which she got assistance Please investigate to get the fool story and all events
