worst service and customer care!!!

<p>I took a contract with cell c a few months ago, a R99.00 a month data package, since I have had this contract my bill has been going over this amount, in access of R500.00!!. I have been in to the store to query, and was told they are unable to assist me that I should contact the customer care no. which I have been contacting since inception of this contract, only to get told that somebody will call me, another month end of high billings and nobody has bothered to contact me. I feel Cell C is not yet ready and equipped to handle real queries and issues!! I am appauled and disgusted at the 3rd grade level of service!!</p>
