Worst service again again

On the 10th of Desember I have laid a complaint agains cellc on this platform. Cell c answered back and about 2 days later called me just to tell me that they will call me back in two business days. Its January now and haven't received any calls yet. Im so unhappy with cell c because I still make payments every month doing my part of the contract but I still dont receive any service most off the time not even being able to use my phone, because I lose all signal and data connection to a point where it says im not registered on the network.

Cant recommend cell c anymore as a reliable network. I have converted so many people to cell c before and I have been a loyal customer just to be treated like this and never even getting feedback. If they try to call me after reading this post and they dont get hold of they dont even email me to ssy they tried to contact me. So bad really really bad service delivery and very bad customer service
