Worst service after 17 years

good day

I have my contact with Cell C for almost 17years.Last month was the 1st time that my payment didn't go through. I made an eft payment but I accidentally used the incorrect reference number i send through proof of payment to *** i have been trying the call center numerous times this morning but the calls keeps on cutting and when i tried explaining to the consultant that their lines is cutting ,she ignored me.Then the call cut.

how the **** am i suppose to sort out my query the only time Cell C calls you is when they want you to upgrade.**** service after almost 17years
