Worst service.

What a joke, I was previously with Vodacom on an unlimited package. Then one day and every thereafter we experienced zero to no signal and they simply said they can’t assist for a number of reasons. So I move everything to Cell C and also take their fibre line for business and home. Not too bad initially a year or so on what a joke. Cell C joins up with Vodacom (clients were not informed) suddenly now I am back to no signal and to add insult to injury the fiber line of 100mbs is so slow a simple Netflix movie can’t play. Cell C have gone further abs messed up my debit orders and now I have to constantly make manual payments. Now I spend more on airtime data etc due to dropped or poor signal. A call to the call centre took hours of being put through to different people still no solution and no answer. Seems the only option left is now MTN

How ironic Cell C responded they would contact me? Still no contact made. I suspect the reason is that simply I don’t have signal. This is utterly ridiculous it appears that in this day an age with companies like Cell C we will have to every back to landlines. I specifically moved away from Vodacom as we had no signal in the area of my home and business. Now they do some deal without actually asking any of their clients and we suffer the consequences of poor service and no signal whilst we still have to pay ?
