WORST SERVICE

I sent a purchase order for an upgrade on my business account this was sent on the 11 July , i was dealing with Jennifer Bettencourt i have still not received my phone and every time i call Jennifer she ignores my calls and when i do catch her unexpectedly she informs me she will call back which she never does.<br> <br> Clearly this has not been ordered and Cell C refuses to assist me in anyway and Jennifer's boss Andre also never answers his phone or replies to emails....<br> <br> this is a business contract and your service is shocking but you spend so much money on marketing but you fail to deliver to your existing customers a word of advise stay away from Cell C they are terrible!!!
