Worst Service

Good day<br> <br> I have been trying to get a settlement amount from Cell C on my account...<br> To get in contact with Cell C is bad and to get someone to assist with the correct information even worst..<br> I have been on debt review since March 2012 and my debt reviewers have been making payment to Cell C since then... According to the debt reviewers records I have an outstanding amount of +-R961.00 when I eventually got hold of Cell C a not very nice nor helpful call center agent told be that I owe over R3000 on my account.<br> <br> I require a statement from Cell C as from March 2012 up and till May 2015, surely if payments was received this should be on a statement, the debt reviewers will recon this account and supply proof of payment once statement is received<br> <br> Please contact me URGENTLY
