Worst service
I have one contract with cellc I agreed on a debit order past few months I called in to sort my debit order as cellc debits any date they feel like so last month I called arranged debit date for 2nd .I paid manually to keep my account up date .they still listed Me on itc as account in arrears .in May I paid manually subscription they still debited me for fees on 15th May. Today cellc decides to double debit my account for no reason. Terrible pathetic service got useless agents work in call centre

09 Jun 2024, 18:27Cellc c has contacted me with 24 hours however insisting I am in arrears that's y they double debit me so I reversed the.payment paid manually they still cannot find the missing mo th or payment .I know if u in arrears they suspend ur Line .They have listed me on itc as account in arrears wrongfully and I need my itc records updated asap not gonna wait 3 months as this is ur problem and the accounts .this is affecting me from obtaining credit as u messed my profile
