Worst service

CELL C WESTWOOD, DURBAN - Worst customer service ever - went there at 5pm they close at 6pm - was told that the manager is on lunch, and is entitled to a lunch break so cannot help with the service I required - was then told to refer to the Call Centre, called them and was told go back to the store for what you need - I give up with CELL C DISGUSTING Service and the shops and call centre not in sync both give different stories, what a run around!!! Absolutely hopeless
