WORST SERVICE!!!

I have nothing but problems with the cell c contract department as well as the customer care department. My mother and I have struggled to cancel a contract with them for months on end. I am constantly being told its cancelled but my account still gets debited. The assistance you get from the customer care/contract department is ridiculous. They have attitude and are not at all helpful. My advice is not to bother with cell c.
