Worst service
Very disappointed in Cell C. I had 2 questions and they did not answer one. 1st I got ihoned on the 31st December saying that my new sim only contract will be delivered on the 2nd. So I arranged to be at the delivery address today. Nothing came I asked Cell C and no response. 2ndly I have a LTE data package I used the app on the 31st December and tried to load extra Data just for incase I tried it twice no joy. I send an email and twice they asked me for a bank statement? For what I don’t know as I used the app. I asked them and no response.
