Worst Service

And there they go again with the most pathetic service in the history of telecommunications history. I am fed up with the poor service of Cell C. Was told so many times over the phone regarding the settlement of my contract the final amount i had to pay and today it just got a whole lot worse when i get a statement stating that i had to pay R 21,69 end of June, where i was told in May that if i pay the amount of 552.06 which i did on 08 May 2018 in Checkers Riverside Mall Nelspruit my account will be finished and i wont owe Cell C another cent. I was even told inside Cell C Riverside Nelspruit when i produced my slip with transaction reference number: 4 ********** 8576 679, account ref nr: ********** ********** 926441 that my account is now clean and that no more deductions will go off. Nowhere i was told at any stage that an itemized billing amount will be deducted, now all of a sudden i have to pay. So Cell C will never as long as I am still standing get a good review or any good marks from me!!!
