Worst service

<p>I took a contract with Cell C as from 18/10/12 - 18/10/ 14 with cell c number: ********** 279. The contract was for 2yrs. When the contract automatically ended, I didn't renew it. No services were rendered to me by Cell C and none were requested as I elected not to have any dealings with Cell C. No monthly statements were recieved from Cell C after the contract had ended. However, my account was debited by Cell C last month (3 years later) for R 1233.96. I reversed that debit as Cell C had not even sent a statement in 3 years advising me of outstanding fees owed and/or advising me of the services they had rendered after the expiry of the contract. </p> <p>My account was again debited this month without any statement from Cell C, and I had to reverse it as I need to know from Cell C why my account is being debited, what services were rendered and when. I also refuse to pay any interest as no attempts were made by Cell C to send the statement since the contract ended in 2014. I have used the same address for more than 10 years.</p>
