<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">on the 1November i wrote a hello peter complaint as yourequested consultant inconvenient my husband as the wrong contract was cancelled. Mpho called me and advised that they listened to the call and the consultant incorrectly closed a contract. i was promised that an Sms will be sent to follow up and that someone will call my husband that day which was the 1 November. Today is the 4th and still no one ever called me nor my husband.. if i do not get feedback by Monday i will take this further cause i have the call recording which o spoke with Mpho that indicated that he have listened to the call and the consultant was wrong.. </span></p>
