Worst service

<p>A few months ago I received a hand over letter from Cell c lawyers for an account has 2 years ago and was unable to pay due to circumstances. When I tried calling on several occasions trying to arrange payment they either could not find my details or could give me any information. Every single advisor I had spoken to just kept transferring me to more useless agents who didn't even do a security check on me. Eventually after many calls the hand over department and they say that Cell c has taken the account back.now I'm so ****ed off as I have been trying to call Cell c and they keep ignoring me yet they are messing up my credit score. I have also asked for email stating that they are not able to find my account but was declines and had the phone put down on me.this is the worst service ever and I will be taking this to court. </p>
