Worst server EVER!

To be able to write this it seems I have to give a star, which was not earned by Cell C. Like others I also got a laptop and pocket router deal, and I was promised by the agent that new laptop will be much better than the HP15 I had. Well after numerous calls and chats I was told that that I have been upgraded to a priority. And will get a call with in 48 hours? Well it has been a week now and still no call. So all Ican do a warn others NOT TO DO deals with Cell C, their product range is up to .... and useless and there is NO backup from Cell C...
