Worst serivce ever

My phone has been with Cell C Repairs for 2 months.( contractually this should have taken 14 to 21 working days). I followed up numerous times with Cell C. They assured me they will speed up the process and here I am still waiting.

Excess fee required has been paid and I still do not have my phone . Consultant just told me I have to wait another 14 days to get my phone back.

CELL C . You need to fix this snail pace service. I have it. I NEED my cellphone device back.!!!
