Worst providers

Hi had a 24 month contract for home lte which was automatically terminated by the company phones in and told to migrate my account or cancel ref no: ***. Was told by consultant to return device to store did so and was given back the sim card on the 20th of March 2020 my account was debited which apparently how cell c operates puts u in arrears and then debit you the cancelation was done the above date at the cell c store phoned in to query why account is debited just to be told the above and further more the lock procedures in place this was done 5 days before lock down period why wasn't anything sorted out cell c never again.
