Worst provider that can keep their service!

<p>Good day! I have just had atrocious experience with Cell C. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday I visited their store in Heidelberg to make an application for a modem and some data. I had horrible service at this store. The staff just had no idea what they were doing and after some back and forth, eventually phoned the call centre. The gentleman at the call centre, seemed really helpful and promised to call me back by 18h00 or 19h00 that day. Nothing, On Monday I called only to find that my application was still in process. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I called again to follow up. Only to find that they had declined my application wanting to know if I was self employed or or not and which bank account they were to use. I clarified this and about 30 minutes ago received an sms saying my application was declined because I didn't meet your credit criteria. I called your call centre again, to find out what the problem was only to have a consultant telling me she didn't know.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now decided that Cell C can keep their horrible serive and products. I don't care how cheap you are - I will not put up with this. Your competitor approved me wihtin 1 hour. None of the other service providers I pay have a problem with me or my rating! But you do! Catch a wake up Cell C. Throwing a good payer away is not good business sense. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not interested in dealing with you further, I just want you to know what I think of you!</p>
