WORST PROVIDER SONY EXPERIA M4

Bought a brand new Sony Experia M4 from Cell C. A week after buying the phone it stops working.<br> <br> Cell C refused to replace the phone because it was A DAY out of the warranty. They sent the phone to Sony for repairs which they said would take a WEEK.<br> <br> i got the phone 4 weeks later and they had ONLY replaced the battery BUT the whole back of the phone was scratched and looked like a 4 year old phone not a brand new one!!!<br> <br> So disappointed and frustrated.
